The minimum age for gambling in the Philippines under PAGCOR regulations is 21 years, and p889 enforces this requirement through its mandatory age verification process at registration.

If p889 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended, the personal data will be promptly deleted in accordance with this Policy and applicable law, any deposits will be returned, and the matter may be reported to PAGCOR as required under p889's licensing terms.

12 Cross-Border Data Transfers

Certain p889 service providers — including cloud infrastructure operators, KYC verification platforms, and fraud prevention systems — may be located outside the Republic of the Philippines. • Maintain a detailed internal record of all data breaches, including those that do not require NPC notification, as required under the Data Privacy Act.

15 Changes to This Privacy Policy

p889 reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time. The current version will always be accessible at p889.vip/privacy-policy, with the effective date prominently displayed at the top of the document.

For material changes — particularly those that affect the basis on which we process your data or your rights as a data subject — p889 will provide advance notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the p889 platform, at least fourteen (14) days prior to the change taking effect.
