An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be deemed inactive. p889 may, upon thirty (30) days' written notice to the registered email address, charge an administrative maintenance fee of ₱100 per month against the remaining balance of an inactive account. Accounts with a zero balance following this period may be archived or closed. Players may reactivate their account at any time by completing the standard login process.
p889 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, subject to the minimums, maximums, and processing times specified in the Platform's payment information section: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI (Bank of the Philippines Islands), BDO Unibank, Metrobank, UnionBank of the Philippines, and USDT cryptocurrency via supported networks.
The minimum single deposit at p889 is ₱100 for GCash and Maya transactions. Bank transfer minimums are ₱500. All player deposits are held in accounts segregated from p889's operational funds, in accordance with PAGCOR player protection requirements. This segregation ensures that player balances remain protected irrespective of the Company's operational financial position.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players who have completed the full KYC verification process. p889 will not process withdrawal requests from accounts with incomplete or pending identity verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for GCash and Maya transactions.
p889 targets a processing time of five (5) to thirty (30) minutes for GCash and Maya withdrawals submitted by fully verified accounts during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals via InstaPay-connected accounts may take five (5) to sixty (60) minutes. p889 does not guarantee specific processing times and accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment processors, banking system maintenance, or force majeure events.
p889 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed threshold amounts, originate from accounts with unusual wagering patterns, or arise from accounts flagged for AML review. During such reviews, withdrawal processing may be temporarily suspended. Players will be notified of any such hold via their registered email address.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, and promotional offers made available on the p889 Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time of each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotional term and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotional term shall prevail.
Bonus funds credited to a p889 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable funds. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, communication failure, or system outage that affects gameplay on the p889 Platform, p889 reserves the right to void all bets placed during the affected period. p889 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of such events. In the event of a palpable error in game settings, odds, or pay tables, p889 reserves the right to void all bets placed at the erroneous values, regardless of whether they have been settled.
Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the p889 system, it is final and cannot be cancelled or modified by the Player. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details prior to confirmation.

Upon termination for cause, p889 may forfeit any bonus funds and, where required by law, retain real-money balances pending investigation.

Upon voluntary closure, any remaining verified real-money balance (net of pending bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to the Player's most recently used withdrawal method within ten (10) business days, subject to KYC verification being complete.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Unresolved disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR through its established player complaints process. p889 is bound by the outcome of PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures.
For matters not resolved through the above process, both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines having competent jurisdiction over gaming-related disputes.
p889 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Substantive changes will be communicated to registered Players via: (a) email to the registered email address; (b) a prominent notice on the p889 homepage or login page; or (c) both, at p889's discretion. Amendments take effect upon the stated effective date. Continued use of the p889 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.2.
